- Incumbent Shall have good experience in sales of Real Estate Commercial projects.
- Good Exposure to Channel Sales/Associates network.
- Good decision-making abilities along with relationship management skills is a must.
- Identify leads, manage brokers and property consultants.
- Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets
- Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Open for frequent travel to nearby areas.
- Achieve growth and hit sales target.
- Report on sales activities to senior management.
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
- Be knowledgeable of prices and values in the current market.




- Research and explore local neighbourhoods to ascertain various surroundings.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's in Sales, Business Administration, Commercial Management or a related field

Minimum 5 - 8 Years of experience within a commercial sales role.

Real Estate candidates will be preferred.
