Coordinating treks for over 30,000 trekkers a year is no small feat. What makes it truly meaningful at Indiahikes is the way we do it — with care, responsibility, and a deep sense of purpose.
This is not a typical operations or customer support role. It’s about helping fellow trekkers — from the time they sign up, to when they set foot on the trail.
The Experience Coordinator’s role has communication at its crux. People who are well-travelled, socially friendly, and have good exposure to the outside world do well in this role.
Applicants for the Experience Coordinator's position must fulfil the following criteria:
- Must be between 25 and 35 years old.
- Must have done trekking. If you have trekked with Indiahikes, that's even better!
- Must have minimum 3 years of work experience, in any industry.
- Must be willing to work full time from Bengaluru
- Must have excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
The salary starts between Rs 5-6.0 lakh per annum.

- Your paragraph on 'why you wish to work at Indiahikes' is extremely important to us and is a critical factor in getting your application short-listed. So do put adequate thought while writing it and avoid using AI.
Note: A passion for trek and travel is important, but must not be the only reason for you to apply.
- Please attach your latest and complete resume. Even if you don’t have a background in trekking, your past work experience matters to us.
- Except for the Assistant Trek Leader role, for all other roles the final step will be a one-day visit to the Indiahikes office in Bengaluru, where you’ll get a chance to meet the team and experience a little of what working at Indiahikes is like.
