We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Executive to drive lead generation, customer acquisition and business development across Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, telecalling, networking, references and corporate/business contacts.
- Identify prospective customers and understand their insurance and financial service requirements.
- Schedule appointments and conduct meetings with individuals, business owners and decision-makers.
- Present suitable insurance and financial solutions and convert prospects into business.
- Handle B2B and B2C sales activities and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Conduct field marketing and door-to-door sales activities when required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up regularly with leads and generate repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, proposals, processing and closure.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions and sales activities.




- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Field Sales, Insurance, Financial Services, BFSI, Investments or B2B/B2C Sales.
- Experience in Insurance Policy Sales will be preferred.
- Positive English communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and customer relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings across Bengaluru.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated and professional.
- Existing client contacts or a strong business network in Bengaluru will be an advantage.
