Job description:

- Identify and develop current customers and business opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders to maximize conversions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts and sales reports for management.
- Monitor competitors' products, pricing, and market trends.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with customers.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Support digital marketing activities, including website, email campaigns,



and social media.
- Organize and participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events.
- Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and product catalogs.
- Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Collect customer feedback and provide recommendations for product and service improvements.
