Manage and lead a team of collection executives
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments
Monitor daily performance and target achievement
Handle escalations and customer issues professionally
Maintain reports and track collection metrics
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
*Eligibility Criteria*
Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience as a Team Lead
Graduate (Mandatory)
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Basic leadership and team-handling skills

Valuable at Excel
Collection Background (NBFC preferred)
Good Hindi & English Communication
Target & Pressure Handling Ability
salary - 25k to 30k Ctc share resume on (phone hidden)
