Experience Required: 3+ years in operations, preferably in a digital/creative/marketing agency

Role Summary:

Operations Manager will oversee the agency's daily functions, drive operational efficiency, implement scalable processes, and support department heads in achieving their KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Leadership:
- Oversee and improve daily operations across departments (Creative, Marketing, Development, Client Servicing, etc.).
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline workflows and delivery timelines.
- Work with internal softwares
- Team & Resource Management:
- Work with team leads to allocate resources optimally across projects.
- Ensure hiring plans align with business growth; assist in recruiting and onboarding processes.
- Process & Systems Implementation:
- Build and implement SOPs, dashboards, project management systems (like Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.).
- Monitor internal tools, track team productivity, and identify process gaps.
- Project Delivery Oversight:
- Maintain visibility into project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.




- Troubleshoot delivery risks and proactively manage client satisfaction.
- Financial & Performance Monitoring:
- Collaborate with finance to forecast revenues, track billing efficiency, and manage operational budgets.
- Drive profitability by improving utilization, reducing wastage, and optimizing cost structures.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Act as the right hand to the CEO/founder to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Work closely with Sales & Account Management to ensure seamless handoffs and delivery.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in an operations or delivery role at a digital/creative/advertising/tech agency.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and project lifecycles.
- Proficient in project management tools and agency workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving and process-optimization abilities.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and performance monitoring.

Nice to Have:

- Experience scaling operations in a high-growth startup or agency setting.
