Having built a strong foundation in custom apparel, merchandise and creative products, we are now expanding into a dedicated media and creative division.

As part of this expansion, we are building a team of creative professionals who understand the evolving standards of the branding, design, social media and digital marketing industry.

We are looking for individuals who are not just good at using design software, but who understand branding, aesthetics, communication and how creative work contributes to a business.

About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer & Brand Creative Specialist who can take ownership of the visual requirements of our clients and our growing media division.

The role will involve working across brand identity, logo design, social media, advertising creatives, corporate communication and digital campaigns.

You will work on a variety of brands and industries, giving you the chance to build diverse creative work and contribute to the development of brands from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality and visually engaging social media creatives
- Design logos, brand identities and complete visual systems
- Develop brand guidelines and visual direction
- Create creatives for Meta, Google and other digital advertising campaigns
- Develop campaign concepts and creative directions
- Design Instagram posts, carousels, stories, reels covers and other digital assets
- Create corporate presentations, brochures, catalogues and marketing collaterals
- Design website banners, e-commerce creatives and promotional material
- Work on product and merchandise-related creative requirements
- Adapt creative concepts across different platforms and formats
- Maintain consistency in a brand's visual identity
- Understand client briefs and translate them into strong creative concepts




- Collaborate with content writers, social media managers and performance marketers
- Work on revisions and incorporate client feedback professionally
- Stay updated with current design, branding, advertising and social media trends

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone with a strong creative eye and a professional understanding of the design industry.

You should be able to:

- Understand a brand before designing for it
- Create original concepts rather than relying heavily on templates
- Work across different visual styles and industries
- Design for both premium/corporate brands and contemporary social media brands
- Understand typography, colour, composition, hierarchy and visual storytelling
- Translate a brief into a visually strong solution
- Work within deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Take feedback constructively and make revisions efficiently
- Maintain consistency across a brand's entire visual communication

Required Skills

- 1–4 years of experience in graphic design, branding or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Knowledge of Figma is an advantage
- Solid understanding of branding and visual communication
- Experience designing for social media
- Experience with logo and brand identity projects
- Knowledge of AI-assisted design and creative tools will be an advantage
- Good communication and organisational skills

Portfolio Is Mandatory

Your portfolio will be an important part of our selection process.

Contractual / Project-Based Opportunity

As we build our media division, we are open to starting the engagement on a contractual, freelance or project-based basis.

This could involve working on specific client projects or an ongoing set of creative requirements.

Based on the quality of work, consistency, communication, ability to meet deadlines and overall fit with the team, the engagement can transition into a long-term or full time position.

We are particularly interested in hearing from experienced freelancers or designers who are looking for consistent, ongoing creative work.

Compensation

Competitive and based on experience, skill level and portfolio.

For contractual/project-based engagements, compensation can be discussed on a per-project, assignment or monthly contractual basis, depending on the scope and volume of work.
