We are looking for a skilled HVAC Estimator to join our team in Hyderabad, supporting estimation and tendering activities primarily for UK-based clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in mechanical estimating—especially HVAC systems—who is detail-oriented, cost-conscious, and ideally familiar with UK building standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for HVAC projects, covering labour, materials, equipment, and subcontracted works.
- Evaluate technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents to fully understand project scope and requirements.
- Develop and submit competitive bids and proposals aligned with UK client expectations.
- Analyse project budgets and forecasts to support financial planning and control.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to gather quotes and ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Communicate with UK-based clients to clarify scope, technical details, and deliverables.
- Assess and manage project risks and uncertainties within the estimation process.
- Work closely with project managers and engineers to align costs with programme timelines and technical deliverables.
- Stay current with industry trends, material pricing, and labour rates, particularly in the UK market.




- Maintain well-organised records of all estimates, tenders, and actual project costs for future analysis.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 3–7 years of experience in HVAC estimation, preferably for international or UK projects.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems in commercial and industrial buildings.
- Familiarity with UK construction practices, SFG20, CIBSE standards, or similar (preferred, not mandatory).
- Proficient in reading technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Solid grasp of Excel, estimating software, and commercial documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
