Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting and financial records of our food-service operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining books of accounts, recording daily transactions, managing invoices and expenses, and supporting regular financial reporting.

The role requires someone who can maintain accurate records and coordinate closely with the kitchen and management teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and financial records.
- Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices.
- Track customer receivables and vendor/payable accounts.
- Reconcile bank statements, cash transactions, and other financial records.
- Maintain records of kitchen-related purchases, supplies, and operating expenses.
- Assist in preparation of GST-related records and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding invoices, payments,



and outstanding amounts.
- Prepare regular financial statements, MIS reports, and expense summaries for management.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Support management during audits and other financial requirements.

Key Requirements

- Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Experience with Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of bookkeeping, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and GST documentation.
- Experience in the food, hospitality, catering, or service industry will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Valuable organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
