Grace Industries (Nexus Factory Outlet) is a fast-expanding interior materials brand. We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive (Male / Female) to handle walk-in clients and lead in-store sales at our factory outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome walk-in customers and guide them through our product ranges.
- Understand client requirements, present suitable interior/exterior solutions, and close sales.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and WhatsApp.
- Maintain robust knowledge of our product portfolio, including Charcoal Panels, Louvers, WPC, and Acrylic Sheets.
- Provide excelente customer service to build long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

- Open to both Male & Female candidates.
- Prior experience in sales of Interior & Exterior decorative products.




- Product knowledge of Charcoal Panels, Louvers, WPC, and Acrylic Sheets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer handling skills.
