We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, campaign execution, and influencer/UGC marketing. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across multiple advertising platforms and have a strong network of creators and influencers.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Develop ad creatives, campaign concepts, and marketing strategies.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify and coordinate with UGC creators, influencers, and content creators.
- Maintain a strong network of creators for UGC and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate the complete UGC process, from creator selection and briefing to content delivery.




- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and advertising strategies.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing/paid advertising.
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
- Experience in creating, launching, and managing advertising campaigns.
- Good understanding of campaign analytics and performance metrics.
- Strong network of UGC creators/influencers.
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
