- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
- Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Manage offer, selection, joining, and onboarding processes.
- Handle manpower planning and recruitment targets.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate records.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower requirements.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
