Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Recruiter experienced in Blue Collar Hiring / Bulk Hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for operational and field-level positions.

Blue Collar Hiring includes recruitment for roles such as:

- Delivery Executives / Delivery Boys
- Drivers
- Warehouse Staff
- Helpers
- Technicians
- Electricians
- Machine Operators
- Field Executives
- Loading & Unloading Staff
- Production Operators
- Security Guards
- Housekeeping Staff
- Sales Promoters

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end blue collar and bulk recruitment for various operational roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, recruitment agencies, and local hiring networks.
- Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews.
- Explain job responsibilities, salary, working hours, location, and other employment details to candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.




- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Maintain an active database and pipeline of blue-collar candidates.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
- Coordinate candidate documentation and onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and daily hiring reports.
- Build strong sourcing channels for continuous manpower requirements.

Required Skills

- Experience in Blue Collar / Bulk Hiring.
- Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Solid sourcing and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume recruitment.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.

Qualification

- Any Bachelor's Degree / MBA in HR or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in blue-collar or bulk hiring.
