Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design effective sales promotional strategies and implement them in the region.

- Promote products to relevant industries in areas

- Generate leads by scanning through industrial area and convert into potential customers

- Leverage right media for brand promotion

- Provide excellent customer service increasing customer lifetime value

- Solving and managing customer concerns, problems, and issues

- Handling channel partners

- Flexible Work location and work timing. Work at your own convenience

Desired Qualification –

- Fresher / Experienced Personnel passionate for brand promotion and marketing

- B.Sc./ M.Sc. Agriculture / MBA Preferred but NOT mandatory

- Good communication and Interpersonal skills

- Very good geographical understanding of areas (Akola, Buldhana,



Washim, Jalgaon, Yavatmal )

- Preferred understanding of Pesticide, Fertilizers, Insecticide , Pharmaceutical Industries

- Willingness to travel

Office Location- Akola, Maharashtra

Allowances:

- Travel Allowance

- Housing / Lodging Allowance

Salary: 1.8 lacs per year (fixed) + Incentive (Variable; based on number of customers approached)
