Full time | Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Build your site-execution skills on premium residential projects, with guidance from our Project Coordinator and Project Manager.

Your responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction work as per drawings, specifications and schedule.
- Coordinate labour and subcontractors, and communicate material requirements.
- Check workmanship, curing, material storage, housekeeping and site safety.
- Maintain quality checklists and submit daily progress updates with photos.
- Report site issues promptly and attend technical discussions before major work stages.

What we’re looking for





- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
- Basic knowledge of residential construction from RCC to finishing.
- Responsible approach to site supervision, coordination and reporting.
- Willingness to travel between assigned project sites.
- One year or more of residential site experience preferred.
