Production Head – Jewellery Manufacturing

Job Role:
We are looking for an experienced Production Head who has complete practical knowledge of jewellery manufacturing and can manage the production cycle from CAD to Final QC.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete production process from CAD → CAM/Wax → Casting → Filling/Assembly → Setting → Polishing/Finishing → QC.
- Plan and monitor daily production and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with CAD, Casting, Setting, Polishing, QC and other departments.
- Monitor manpower, productivity, WIP, wastage and rework.
- Identify production issues and ensure timely solutions.
- Maintain product quality as per approved designs and standards.
- Prepare and monitor production reports and pending orders.




- Manage and guide production teams and karigars.

Required Skills:

- Strong practical knowledge of end-to-end jewellery manufacturing.
- Must understand the production process from CAD to final QC.
- Good knowledge of jewellery quality, wastage and production planning.
- Strong team management and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle production targets and deadlines.

Preferred: Candidates with hands-on experience in gold jewellery manufacturing and solid knowledge of the complete production cycle.
