1. Cost Estimation & Planning: Prepare detailed tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and budget plans.
2. Valuation & Claims: Perform site measurements, value completed works, prepare monthly payment applications.
3. Cost Control & Reporting: Monitor project expenses against budgets, prepare cost-value reconciliations (CVRs), and produce regular financial forecasts for senior management.
4. Shedule & Task Tracking: Maintain project schedules, track milestone progress, and ensure deadlines are met using project management software.
4. Meeting Management: Organize project status meetings, record actionable meeting minutes.
