Position Overview:

Task Force Interiors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Site Engineer – Commercial Interior Fit-Out to join our Hyderabad-based team.

This position is specifically for candidates who are currently based in Hyderabad and are looking for a Hyderabad-based opportunity. Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in commercial interior fit-out execution and be comfortable working across project sites in and around Hyderabad.

Mandatory Experience:

Commercial Interior Fit-Out experience is mandatory.

Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following:

- Corporate Office Interiors
- Commercial Interior Fit-Outs
- Healthcare / Hospital Interiors
- Hospitality Interiors
- Retail Fit-Outs
- Turnkey Interior Contracting
- Workplace Fit-Out Projects

Candidates with experience only in residential construction, high-rise buildings, roads, infrastructure, industrial construction, or general civil contracting will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day execution of commercial interior fit-out works.
- Execute works as per approved GFC drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
- Monitor site progress, quality, and workmanship.
- Supervise execution of:
- Gypsum Partitions
- False Ceilings
- Glass Partitions
- Modular Furniture Installation
- Joinery & Woodwork
- Flooring




- Wall Finishes
- Painting
- Interior Finishing Works
- Coordinate MEP activities with interior execution.
- Maintain DPRs, material records, and site documentation.
- Conduct quality inspections, snagging, and handover activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site requirements.

Eligibility:

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 7–8 years of relevant experience in Commercial Interior Fit-Out Projects.
- Robust hands-on site execution experience.
- Candidates must be currently based in Hyderabad.
- Should be willing to work at project sites within Hyderabad and surrounding areas.
- Hyderabad-based candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu.
