Job Title: Billing cum Account Executive.

We're seeking an experienced Billing cum Account Executive for Retail cum Ecommerce business in Mumbai. Responsibilities include:

- Preparing retail and wholesale invoices

- Preparing e-way bills, and general admin tasks

- Coordinating with head accountant and providing the data regularly

- Making payments to suppliers and vendors as per the credit cycle

- Handling customer payment receipts, supplier payments, and petty cash

- Reconciling payment collection books and depositing cheques

- ⁠ Attending and responding to all calls including customer enquiries, supplier calls, and general communications

Requirements:

- 5 years of experience in billing and basic accounting

- ⁠ Timings – 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

- ⁠ Salary – ₹24,000 – ₹30,000

- ⁠ Location – Santa Cruz West (5 mins walking from station)
