- Manage overall vehicle accessories sales operations and achieve business targets
- Lead and supervise the accessories sales team for improved performance and productivity
- Ensure proper display, promotion, and sales of genuine Tata Motors accessories
- Coordinate with sales, delivery, and service departments for smooth accessory fitment operations
- Monitor accessory stock levels, inventory control, and ordering processes
- Develop strategies to increase accessory sales and customer engagement
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and accessory recommendations professionally
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and maintain Tata Motors dealership standards
- Prepare sales reports, monitor targets, and analyze accessories business performance
- Strong leadership, communication, and sales management skills required
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per year
