Job Summary

I-Scoot Motors is looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage inventory, spare parts, and day-to-day store operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating with dealers, managing inward and outward materials, and updating inventory data through MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Manage and maintain daily stock and inventory of spare parts, accessories, components, and other materials.
- Maintain accurate records of material inward and outward from the store.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of required spare parts and materials.
- Maintain proper Excel sheets for stock, inventory, material movement, and dealer requirements.
- Coordinate with dealers regarding spare parts requirements, availability, dispatches, and deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain stock reports, inventory statements, and material issue records.
- Verify incoming materials against invoices, purchase orders, and required quantities.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of spare parts and materials.
- Track issued materials and maintain proper documentation.




- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with purchase, service, production, and management teams for material requirements.
- Ensure minimum stock levels are maintained for fast-moving and critical spare parts.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all store-related transactions.
- Report any shortage, damage, mismatch, or inventory discrepancy to the concerned manager.
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and properly managed.

Requirements:-

- 1–2 years of experience in store keeping, inventory management, warehouse, or spare parts management preferred.
- Candidates with experience in automobile / EV / two-wheeler spare parts will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Robust knowledge of stock and inventory management.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Should be responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with dealers and internal departments.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Inventory management: 1 year (Required)
- Store management: 1 year (Required)
