About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically enthusiastic Mobile App Developer Intern to join our development team for a 6-month internship.

The candidate will work primarily on React Native and Android application development, with exposure to Kotlin and contemporary AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and Claude.

This role is suitable for freshers who have a strong interest in mobile app development, are willing to learn quickly, can work under pressure, and are comfortable coordinating with the technical team and providing regular updates.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
- Work on Android application development and understand Android-specific components.
- Work with Kotlin for Android development and native integrations where required.
- Convert UI/UX designs and requirements into functional mobile applications.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services into mobile applications.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
- Test applications across different Android devices and screen sizes.
- Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and UI-related problems.
- Work closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, QA, and other team members.
- Provide regular updates on assigned tasks, progress, blockers, and completion status.
- Participate in code reviews and follow proper coding and development practices.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and Claude for coding, debugging, research, documentation, and problem-solving.
- Review and understand AI-generated code before implementing it.
- Learn new technologies and development practices as required by the project.
- Complete assigned tasks within defined timelines.
- Take ownership of assigned modules and deliverables.
- Handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure when required.

Required Technical Skills





- Basic to intermediate knowledge of React Native.
- Basic knowledge of Android development.
- Knowledge of Kotlin.
- Understanding of Android Studio and Android development fundamentals.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
- Basic understanding of API integration.
- Knowledge of Git and GitHub.
- Understanding of mobile UI development and responsive layouts.
- Basic knowledge of debugging and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of programming fundamentals and object-oriented programming.

AI Tools – Preferred Skill

Candidates should have practical knowledge or hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as:

- Cursor
- Claude / Claude Code
- ChatGPT or similar AI coding assistants

The candidate should be comfortable using AI tools for:

- Code generation and improvement
- Debugging and troubleshooting
- Understanding unfamiliar code
- Technical research
- Documentation
- Finding possible solutions to development problems
- Improving development productivity

Important: Candidates should be able to understand, test, and validate AI-generated code rather than relying on AI blindly.

Eligibility

- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Candidates with academic, personal, freelance, or GitHub projects in React Native/Android development will have an advantage.
- Basic programming knowledge is mandatory.
- Candidates should demonstrate a genuine interest in mobile application development.
- Prior exposure to Cursor, Claude, or other AI development tools will be an added advantage.
