Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and hardworking *Solar Installer / Technician* to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of solar PV systems at residential, commercial, and industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities

* Install and commission solar PV systems as per technical specifications and safety standards.

* Install solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, cables, junction boxes, and other related equipment.

* Perform electrical wiring, cable termination, earthing, and connection work.

* Conduct testing and troubleshooting of solar systems and electrical components.

* Identify and resolve installation and technical issues at project sites.

* Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of installed solar systems.

* Ensure proper alignment, mounting, and secure installation of solar panels.

* Follow electrical safety procedures and use appropriate tools and safety equipment.

* Coordinate with the project/operations team to complete installations within the required timelines.

* Maintain installation records, site reports, and basic documentation.





* Travel to customer/project sites as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field preferred.

* 1–3 years of experience in *solar installation, electrical work, or related field* preferred.

* Basic knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, electrical wiring, and electrical components.

* Ability to use basic electrical tools and testing equipment.

* Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

* Physically fit and comfortable working at project sites and heights.

* Willingness to travel to different installation sites.

* Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Skills

* Experience with rooftop solar installation.

* Knowledge of DC/AC connections, earthing, and protection systems.

* Familiarity with different types of solar inverters and mounting structures.

* Basic understanding of electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
