Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Academy Center Head to manage the overall operations, student experience, sales, and business performance of our academy center. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, team-management, and sales skills, preferably with experience in the beauty, wellness, education, or training industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the academy center.

* Drive student admissions, enquiries, conversions, and revenue targets.

* Handle leads, follow-ups, counselling, and student interactions.

* Build strong relationships with students and prospective students.

* Manage and motivate the academy team to achieve business targets.

* Coordinate with trainers to ensure smooth course delivery and student satisfaction.

* Monitor attendance, batch schedules, student records, and academy activities.

* Ensure high standards of customer service and student experience.

* Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities to generate enquiries.

* Track daily/weekly/monthly sales and operational performance.

* Handle student concerns and resolve issues professionally.





* Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and professional standards at the center.

* Prepare regular reports and provide updates to management.

Requirements

* 3–7 years of experience in center management, academy management, sales, education, training, or a related industry.

* Solid sales and business-development skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good team-handling and leadership abilities.

* Target-oriented with a strong focus on admissions and revenue generation.

* Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.

* Candidates from the beauty, wellness, salon, academy, or vocational training industry will be preferred.
