We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our Domestic Voice Process team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, understanding their requirements, resolving queries, and providing a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, or accounts.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the CRM/system.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Requirements

- Good verbal communication skills in English and/or the required regional language.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to communicate politely and confidently with customers.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.





Qualification

- Minimum 10th/12th/Any Graduate, depending on company requirements.
- Freshers are welcome.

Work Schedule

- 6 days working / 1 rotational week-off, depending on business requirements.
- Rotational shifts may apply.

Salary
