Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and leads.
- Explain company projects/services and generate leads.
- Follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain call records and customer details.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Kannada & English communication preferred.
- Telecalling / Real Estate experience preferred.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
