**Location:** Chakan, Pune (On-site)

**Experience:** 1–2 Years

*Openings* : 5

**CTC:** ₹2.75 – ₹3.25 LPA

**Key Responsibilities**

**Production Line Management:** Manage day-to-day production line activities and ensure smooth line operations.

**Production Targets:** Monitor production output and ensure daily targets are achieved as per the production plan.

**Manpower Handling:** Allocate manpower, monitor operator performance, and maintain discipline on the shop floor.

**Quality & Process Compliance:** Ensure adherence to production processes, quality standards, SOPs, and safety requirements.

**Coordination:** Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Production Planning teams to resolve production issues.

**Key Requirements**

* ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, or a related field.





* 1–2 years of experience in production/manufacturing operations.

* Valuable knowledge of shop floor and production line activities.

* Basic understanding of quality, safety, 5S, and SOPs.

* Good manpower handling and communication skills.

* Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
