Job Title: Accountant (Full-Time)

Location: Mumbai (Office Based / Hybrid – specify if needed)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, banking, compliance, and documentation. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with Tally, Excel, GST/TDS compliance, and comfortable handling banking coordination and records independently.

This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple accounting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain stock statements in Excel
- Prepare and share daily bank balance reports
- Perform bank reconciliation in Tally
- Handle Kotak & SBI payments
- Record and file all payments and debit notes
- Manage brokerage invoices (recording & filing)
- Coordinate with parties regarding debit notes
- Record, file, and process business expenses
- Manage GST & TDS compliance (returns, filings, records)




- Monitor and respond to official emails related to accounts
- Maintain all invoicing and export records
- Handle personal account entries and reconciliation in Tally
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in accounting
- Strong knowledge of Tally & MS Excel
- Practical experience with GST & TDS
- Experience in bank reconciliation and payments
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Highly organized with robust attention to detail
- Prior experience in trading/export/jewelry industry is a plus
