Profile: Jr. Proposal Engineer

Experience: 3-4 years in proposal engineering, estimation, tendering or technical sales, preferably in the water/wastewater treatment industry

Roles:

Study tenders, RFPs, RFQs, specifications and BOQs and prepare compliance documents Prepare technical proposals, methodologies, process descriptions, datasheets and technical write-ups Prepare/review BOQs, equipment lists and preliminary cost estimates Assist with PFDs, process schemes, equipment sizing inputs and technical calculations Prepare techno-commercial offers, deviations, compliance statements and tender submissions Coordinate with process, design,



procurement and execution teams for technical/commercial inputs Evaluate vendor quotations and obtain required technical/commercial information Prepare client presentations, capability documents and project-specific proposals Support pre-bid meetings, client queries, clarifications and negotiations Maintain proposal databases, costing formats and project reference documents Track tender opportunities and ensure timely submission of proposals Travel for site visits, pre-bid meetings and client discussions as required Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering or related field
