Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Architect to join CAPKON Builders & Developers. The candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, design development, preparation of drawings, site coordination, and ensuring that projects are executed according to approved designs and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural designs, concepts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Develop innovative and practical design solutions based on project requirements.
- Prepare and review working drawings, construction drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor the execution of architectural works.
- Ensure that site work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Resolve design-related issues and provide necessary technical support to the site team.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants for smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and project standards.




- Review materials, finishes, and design details as per project requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, approvals, and project updates.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and project deliverables.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, 3D visualization, or other relevant architectural software.
- Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, construction details, and building materials.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively within deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
