Role Overview

We are seeking a forward-thinking AI Specialist to drive AI-led innovation across business verticals including Pro AV, Event Technology, Managed AV Services, Hospitality, and Commercial Real Estate. The candidate will design and implement AI-driven systems to enhance operational efficiency, predictive maintenance, automation, and business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for business applications.

· Build predictive analytics solutions for AV system performance and maintenance forecasting.

· Develop AI-powered dashboards for business intelligence and reporting.

· Implement smart building solutions including energy optimization and occupancy analytics.

· Integrate AI solutions with AV hardware, IoT systems, and cloud platforms.

· Monitor model performance and continuously improve deployed solutions.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful AI implementation.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI, Data Science,



Computer Science, or related field.

· 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.

· Solid programming skills in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

· Experience with SQL and database systems.

· Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

· Experience deploying ML models into production environments.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in Smart Building, AV Technology, or Event Technology domains.

· Knowledge of Computer Vision or NLP applications.

· Experience with Generative AI and automation tools.

· Understanding of MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
