- Support the Store Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Assist in managing day-to-day store operations.
- Supervise and guide the store team to ensure smooth operations.
- Support team training, motivation, and performance management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries and complaints.
- Ensure proper product display, replenishment, and availability.
- Support inventory management and stock audits
- Monitor store cleanliness, grooming, and discipline standards.
- Assist the Store Manager in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Support the Store Manager in implementing action plans to improve store performance.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
