Export Coordinator

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary

RG Foods is looking for an Export Coordinator to support our export operations and business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating export orders, following up with existing distributors and customers, and identifying new distributors, customers and business opportunities.

This is a suitable opportunity for a candidate who has experience in export coordination and is interested in developing their skills in international sales and business development.

Qualifications

- MBA / Master’s Degree in Management or any relevant field
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge in MS Office and reporting systems

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with existing distributors and customers for orders and enquiries.
- Coordinate and follow up on export sales orders from enquiry to shipment.
- Identify and approach potential new distributors, customers and business partners.
- Search for new markets and business opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and distributors.
- Coordinate with production, accounts, logistics and other internal departments for order execution.




- Coordinate export documentation and shipment-related activities.
- Follow up with freight forwarders, CHA and other external agencies when required.
- Maintain customer, distributor and order records.
- Monitor pending orders, payments and shipment status.
- Prepare regular sales and export activity reports for management.
- Support the management team in developing new export business.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Export, Export Sales, International Business Development or a related field.
- Experience in FMCG/food products will be an added advantage.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of export documentation and procedures.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, email and other office applications.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop customer relationships.
- Willingness to learn and take additional responsibilities.
- Good English communication skills.
