Qualifications: BE - Electrical / Mechanical

Experience: 0-1 yr

- Willingness to travel

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely responses.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on sales offers.
- Attend to customer calls, emails, and other queries.
- Meet customers for discussions and requirement understanding.
- Provide sales and administrative support to the team.
- Handle customer orders and coordinate for order execution.
- Provide regular delivery updates to customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order execution.
- Follow up with relevant departments on pending activities.
- Escalate customer issues and queries to management for timely resolution.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
