Designation: Assistant Centre Manager

Qualification : MBA or Equivalent / MBA Hospital Administration preferred

Experience : 2-5 yrs experience in Healthcare sector.

Desired Profile:

Qualification (Graduate/PG/MBA)-Hospital Administration & Marketing (from Recognised University).

Job Description:

- Focus on continuously enhancing patients’ experience through interaction & handle patient grievances.
- Manage relationships with doctors & paramedical staff to provide seamless service delivery.
- Ensure service in proactive & responsive manner in person/telephone/electronic media.
- Overall responsible for staff grievances & roster.
- Ensure the implementation and compliance of quality standards.
- Marketing for patient addition
- Data Management for patients and working on Ayushman Portal

Skills Required:

· Hard working and team worker.

· Good communication skills , Interpersonal Skills, Soft Spoken

· Willing to relocate.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
