About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented individuals to join our team as Immigration Consultants. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are interested in international immigration, client communication, and building a career in the immigration and overseas consultancy industry.

No prior immigration experience is required. Freshers are welcome, and complete product and process training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand clients' career, education, and immigration requirements.
- Communicate with clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Explain suitable immigration programs, eligibility requirements, and application processes.
- Conduct preliminary profile assessments based on client information.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and case processing.
- Stay updated on immigration programs, policies, and general requirements.
- Build positive and professional relationships with clients.
- Follow up with leads and assist clients throughout the consultation process.
- Achieve individual and team performance objectives.
