Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Operations & Sales Executive with experience in handling domestic travel packages, especially for Uttarakhand tours, Chardham Yatra, and Andaman packages. The candidate will be responsible for managing travel operations while actively driving sales and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, emails)
- Promote and sell packages for Uttarakhand, Chardham Yatra, and Andaman
- Customize itineraries based on customer preferences and budgets
- Convert leads into bookings and achieve sales targets
- Upsell additional services like hotels, transport, sightseeing, and activities

Operations Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute end-to-end travel arrangements for Chardham Yatra, Uttarakhand tours, and Andaman trips




- Coordinate with local vendors (hotels, transport providers, guides)
- Manage bookings, confirmations, and documentation
- Ensure smooth trip execution and handle on-trip support
- Resolve issues such as cancellations, delays, or itinerary changes

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of Uttarakhand destinations, Chardham routes, and Andaman travel logistics
- Good communication and sales skills
- Ability to design customized travel itineraries
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with travel CRM or booking tools (preferred)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
