HR Executive – IT Industry

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Executive with experience in the IT industry to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, candidate coordination, employee onboarding, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.

The ideal candidate should have experience in recruiting IT/software professionals and a good understanding of the IT recruitment process.

Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Recruit candidates for various IT/software roles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and employee records.
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
- Manage attendance and leave records.
- Handle employee queries and HR-related concerns.
- Support employee engagement activities.




- Prepare HR reports and recruitment-related documentation.
- Assist with employee separation and exit processes.
- Implement and maintain company HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of relevant HR experience.
- IT industry / IT recruitment experience is required.
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Hands-on experience with the complete recruitment cycle.
- Experience hiring for IT/software roles such as developers, designers, BDEs, etc. will be preferred.
- Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Valuable knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Good command of English.

₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on experience, skills, and interview performance.

Important: This position is specifically for candidates with 0–2 years of HR experience in the IT industry.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
