Role summary :

The face of the clinic and the backbone of every teleconsultation. Receives the patient, records vitals and history, sets up the teleconsult so the doctor can consult without friction, and handles front-desk and basic nursing duties. If this role runs well, the clinic feels skilled and the doctor’s time is used efficiently.

Key responsibilities :

● Reception & registration: Greet every walk-in, register patient details accurately in the Medyseva

system, manage the queue and appointment flow, handle phone enquiries.

● Vitals & triage: Record BP, pulse, temperature, SpO₂, weight, blood sugar (glucometer), and chief

complaint before the consult. Flag emergency / red-flag cases immediately.

● Teleconsultation facilitation: Set up and run the teleconsult on the Medyseva platform — camera,

audio, connectivity — so the doctor gets a clean handover of vitals and history. Assist the patient

through the consult, note the doctor’s advice, and ensure the e-prescription is generated and

explained.

● Pharmacy & billing support: Coordinate with the in-clinic pharmacist for medicine dispensing;

support billing for physical consults and daily cash reconciliation.

● Records & compliance:



Maintain patient records and consent per Telemedicine Practice Guidelines

and DPDP norms; keep the clinic clean, stocked, and audit-ready.

● Warm handoff: Identify patients who need further counselling or admission and hand them to the POC.

● OPD Management: Manage doctor schedules and basic billing verifications.

Requirements

● Any qualification with vitals and injection

competence. Registered with the state nursing council where applicable.

● Comfortable with a smartphone / tablet, teleconsult apps, and basic data entry.

● Hindi fluency is essential; basic English an advantage.

● Warm, patient-facing temperament; presentable; punctual.

● Freshers with the right attitude are acceptable; 1-2 years clinic / hospital experience preferred.

Key performance indicators :

● Vitals captured for 100% of patients before consult

● Average patient wait / turnaround time

● Teleconsults completed without technical drop-offs

● Patient feedback / repeat-visit rate

● Zero record / consent compliance gaps

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
