Job Description

Scaleup Mission is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Business Development Manager to lead business development activities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

Drive business growth through client acquisition and sales conversion.

Manage and guide the sales team to achieve targets.

Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.

Ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.

Follow up with prospects and existing clients.

Develop strategies to improve sales performance and revenue.





Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales.

Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

Good leadership and team-management skills.

Sales-focused and target-oriented approach.

Ability to manage, motivate, and guide a team.

Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment.
