About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ERPNext Techno-Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, customization, and support of ERPNext across all business functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and configure ERPNext end-to-end.
- Configure CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Performance Management, Projects, Assets, Accounts and Helpdesk modules.
- Develop custom workflows, reports, dashboards and print formats.
- Customize ERPNext using the Frappe Framework.
- Develop REST API integrations with third-party applications.
- Conduct user training and prepare SOPs and documentation.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvements.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of ERPNext implementation experience
- Strong knowledge of Frappe Framework
- Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
- MariaDB/MySQL
- Linux & Bench
- Workflow configuration and report development
- REST API integration
- Git

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
