About Pickledome

Pickledome is an ITF-certified pickleball facility in central Indore, part of one of India's fastest-growing racquet sports.

We're building Pickledome into more than just courts — we're working towards branded tournaments, a city league, exciting events, and a strong pickleball community.

We're looking for someone who wants real ownership of our social media and content, not just an internship certificate.

What You'll Do

⁠ ⁠Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar across Instagram and other platforms

⁠ ⁠Shoot, edit & publish Reels, posts and stories

⁠ ⁠Use tools like Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools to create content efficiently

⁠ ⁠Maintain Pickledome's brand identity across all content

⁠ ⁠Research other pickleball venues, sports brands and local businesses for new ideas

⁠ ⁠Create content for tournaments, offers, member spotlights, events and league promotions

⁠ ⁠Contribute ideas to our social media & marketing strategy

⁠ ⁠Track weekly performance — reach, engagement, views and follower growth

⁠ ⁠Most importantly: post consistently and on time

Who We're Looking For

⁠ ⁠College student from any year, based in or around Indore

⁠ ⁠Able to visit the courts for occasional content shoots

⁠ ⁠Genuinely interested in social media and content creation

⁠ ⁠Comfortable with basic editing/design tools and willing to learn new AI tools





⁠ ⁠Good eye for design, aesthetics and engaging content

⁠ ⁠Bonus if you've previously managed or grown an Instagram page

⁠ ⁠Reliable, proactive and self-driven

Potential for a Permanent Role
