- Generate and manage leads through site visits, referrals, walk-ins, and digital platforms
- Meet potential clients, understand their design requirements, and present design solutions
- Coordinate with designers and project teams to create customized proposals and quotations
- Drive conversions from inquiry to project closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and channel partners
- Conduct client presentations, design walkthroughs, and negotiations
- Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, and closures using CRM tools
- Stay updated with interior design trends, materials, and pricing

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
- Proven experience in sales within interior design, home décor, real estate, or luxury retail
- Robust understanding of interior design concepts and project lifecycle
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle high-value clients and customized solutions
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
