Job Title: Regional HR Executive

Reports To :Head – HR

Job Purpose:

The Regional HR Executive will support end-to-end HR operations across the Gurugram region, covering a workforce of 700+ employees across multiple store/regional locations. The role requires strong operational HR capability, close coordination with store and unit managers, and regular reporting to the HR Head to ensure smooth, compliant, and people-focused HR delivery at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Regional HR Support: Support HR operations across the region for a workforce of 700+ employees, working under the guidance of the HR Head. Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities for multiple locations to meet manpower requirements.

Employee Engagement: Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and track attrition trends. Employee Relations:



Handle employee grievances and first-level disciplinary matters, escalating complex cases to the HR Head.

Statutory Compliance: Ensure labour law and statutory documentation is complete and up to date across locations. Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with store/unit managers to resolve day-to-day HR issues on the ground.

Performance Management: Support performance appraisal cycles, including data collection and coordination with managers. HR MIS: Maintain HR MIS, attendance records, and payroll inputs for the region.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per year
