Position description: Regional Credit Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

- Leading a team of Credit Managers to handle a portfolio of Secured/Unsecured loan. Have a strong credit and process orientation and a positive understanding of the market and competitors. Underwrite exposures for the Secured/Unsecured vertical covering loans, leases and structured transactions. Underwriting activities cover transaction structuring operational and financial analysis of the Borrower AML risk assessment, collateral analysis requisite due diligence and preparation of credit pitch. Engage with origination and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery on credit approvals and execution while ensuring compliance to credit policy and other underwriting procedures of the company.



Manage asset quality of the portfolio monitoring, delinquency engaging with delinquent Borrowers. Regular review of specific accounts monitoring and acting on early warning signals. Active portfolio and account management to meet customer ongoing requirements like amendments, waivers, consents and resolution of troubled accounts. Engage and collaborate with teams for preparation and review of product programmers policy documents scorecards and process improvements. Prepare and deliver presentations to management regarding deals and portfolio activities.
