About the Role:

We're looking for a Healthcare Recruiter who's already worked a US healthcare desk and knows how to move candidates through a real recruiting process — sourcing, screening, and submitting against real deadlines. You'll take on assigned requirements as part of the wider recruiting team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen healthcare candidates against assigned requirements (RN, Allied Health, and other clinical specialties as assigned)
- Work requirements from sourcing through candidate submission,



coordinating with the wider recruiting team as needed
- Maintain accurate candidate and requirement records
- Support interview coordination and candidate follow-through on assigned requirements
- Maintain candidate relationships for potential future placements

Mandatory Requirements:

- 2–4 years of US healthcare staffing/recruitment experience
- Lead a team and trained peoples
- Working understanding of healthcare roles/specialties relevant to the desk
- Demonstrated sourcing and screening experience
- Experience with RTR (Right to Represent) and candidate submissions
- Comfortable working the US night shift from the Relig office

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- VMS/MSP portal experience, where relevant to the desk
- Travel or local staffing background, as relevant
- Working knowledge of pay-rate/pay-package structures
