Job Description – Field Sales Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (In-Hand)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team in Ranchi. The ideal candidate should have strong field-sales experience, good communication skills, and a solid understanding of the local market. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, conducting regular market visits, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily field visits across Ranchi to identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through market visits, references, networking, and other sales activities.
- Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable products/services.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and client-acquisition targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retail, corporate, and business clients.
- Regularly follow up with prospective and existing customers to convert leads and generate repeat business.
- Identify new market opportunities and keep track of competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales.




- Submit daily field activity and sales reports to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients and market partners.

Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in direct sales, field sales, business development, or field marketing.
- Communication: Fluent in Hindi with basic English communication skills.
- Local Knowledge: Good understanding of Ranchi's commercial and business areas, including Lalpur, Upper Bazar, Main Road, Harmu, Doranda, and nearby areas.
- Two-Wheeler: Must own/have access to a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
- Strong communication, negotiation, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales results.
