Job Description:

Frameboxx is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Associate to join our Anna Nagar centre.

The role involves connecting with potential students, explaining our courses, following up with leads, and generating walk-ins and admissions for the centre.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make daily outbound calls to potential students and leads.
- Understand student requirements and explain suitable courses.
- Generate and convert leads into centre walk-ins.
- Follow up regularly with interested students through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain proper lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the counselling and centre team to ensure smooth student visits.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling, walk-in, and admission targets.
- Reconnect with old and inactive leads to generate current opportunities.
- Handle student queries and provide basic information about courses, fees, and career opportunities.




- Maintain good communication and build relationships with prospective students.
- Work closely with the centre team to achieve overall business targets.

Requirements:

- 0–2 years of experience in tele-calling, business development, sales, or education counselling.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls every day.
- Target-oriented and willing to take ownership of results.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Tamil and English communication skills preferred.
