Tritvam, a world-class Subacute and Rehabilitation Facility, is looking for an experienced, skilled, and dedicated Chef to join our team and ensure the preparation of nutritious, hygienic, and high-quality meals for our residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare nutritious, hygienic, and quality meals according to prescribed menus and dietary requirements.
· Plan menus and ensure proper food preparation and portion control.
· Maintain food safety, kitchen hygiene, and sanitation standards.
· Manage kitchen inventory, food supplies, and storage.
· Supervise kitchen assistants and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
