Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)

About the Role

Design is a first-class citizen at Sequere. You'll shape the user experience of complex enterprise and Web3 products - from initial research and wireframes through to polished, production-ready design systems.

What You'll Do

- Own end-to-end design for enterprise SaaS, Web3, and AI-powered products
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Build and maintain design systems in Figma
- Collaborate tightly with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Define information architecture and interaction patterns for complex data-heavy UIs
- Present and iterate on designs with clients and stakeholders

What We're Looking For

- 4+ years of product design experience at a SaaS or digital product company
- Expert-level Figma skills including auto-layout, variables, and prototyping
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and final shipped products
- Experience designing for data-heavy or technically complex interfaces
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have

- Motion design or micro-interaction experience
- Familiarity with design tokens and CSS
- Experience designing for Web3 or AI-powered products
